Yours truly starting up the first version of this here about page in February 2025! ...With a tuft of fur stuck to my nose! Ack!

CATWYRM was initially created on Neocities in March of 2022. It was originally just a single page created for a coding contest! It sat like that for a long time, and slowly over time I added more and more to it as time went on, and here we are! In February of 2025 it shifted hosts to Nekoweb due to Neocities suppressing sites responsibly marked as 18+. My only choice for letting CATWYRM be found outside of direct links was to leave it unmarked so it could exist in Neocities' search function, or to pack my bags and move hosts. Well, as you can see, I moved hosts!

About Me

You may call me Cat. Male, bisexual, polyamorous, leftist, transgender, webmaster.

I am very active in the real life furry community. I don't feel like I participate in the greater online fandom that much? But I attend meet-ups, themed events, and of course conventions very often. And thus, I post about all that a lot!

I'm bad at describing myself beyond a list of identity traits. I don't know, I'm kinda just... an awkward autistic dude who likes animals a lot. I see it as a political statement to maintain a website such as this. In a digital landscape of algorithms, censorship, and dogpiling those who break the mold, I think maintaining a static website in my own corner of the internet where I'm free to be a freak without comment sections full of harassment campaigns against me, is crucial.
